Bradley
Weber, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating
Officer. Mr. Weber is responsible for all treasury, financial and operational
functions. Mr. Weber has over 20 years of expertise in the mortgage,
real estate, debt-buying, resort, and specialty finance asset classes.
Prior to joining RBA Capital, Mr. Weber served as a Senior Investment
Officer with a NYSE financial services company in the structured finance
business unit where he managed the underwriting and credit risk process.
Mr. Weber also served as Crisis Management Officer of a Philadelphia
based public mortgage loan originator, was co-founder and Chief Financial
Officer of a specialty finance company in the area of vacation ownership
financing and was the Vice President of Financial Services of a billion-dollar
consumer finance company. Mr. Weber began his career with the international
accounting firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP as an Audit Supervisor.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.S. in Accountancy
from The Pennsylvania State University.
