Wallace K. Groves serves as Managing
Director of Underwriting, handling underwriting and credit decisions
for new transactions as well as syndication opportunities. Mr. Groves
has expertise in the rediscount space within a wide variety of asset classes.
Prior to RBA Capital, Mr. Groves was responsible for due diligence, underwriting,
and structuring rediscount lines of credit, with a primary focus on the real
estate industry. In addition, he has experience in senior and mezzanine real
estate development finance and experience in portfolio management of real estate
structured finance transactions. Mr. Groves received his B.S.B.A. from Georgetown
University’s McDonough School of Business.
