 RBA Capital maintains a Loan Syndication Buy Desk and believes in partnering with those real estate financial institutions and specialty finance companies who are seeking a loan syndicate participant who is not a competitive factor in the lending relationship, but has the ability to be responsive to loan participation requests within the Structured Finance and Project Finance lending markets. Our experienced team will work with you to achieve your syndication objectives, timing requirements and ultimate market clearing financing. We seek to establish loan participation relationships with those Lead Lenders and Agent Banks in any credit facility where RBA Capital can participate up to $15 million in any one transaction. Additionally, and where appropriate, we will also help review, evaluate and structure any loan facility where our underwriting and due diligence expertise might be of assistance.
